  This book is so fantastic, it really teaches you how food can be your medicine, its very easy to read. I like this book much better than the YOU books.

  Jean Carper in her book, "Food: Your Miracle Medicine" is a must read for anyone for anyone interested in curing themself by natural means. By the addition of certain foods and diet changes, I have been able to ease migraine headaches, lower cholestol, eliminate heartburn, and improve digestion. 3 cheers for Jean Carper!

• HANDY DO IT YOURSELF HEALING
  I enjoy New Age books that leave out the doctor. This one is
  perfect because it's so sensible. You can look up any problem
  you have and find out the foods to rectify same, constipation,
  arthritis, etc. There's no reason people should be obese in
  this day and age. One should not live to eat but eat to live,
  and this book proves that perfectly since food is necessary to
  keep the body and brain and spirit in good working order. That

  Your body and you control what goes in your mouth. Your choice how you take care of it. Your great grandparents were pretty smart. Lived a long time and the doctor was never around nor was he needed.
