Theoretical Analyses
Self-Defeating Behaviors reads as a college psychology text. Although the end of the book offers a methodical process to analyze and change your behaviors, too much of the book is devoted to the clinical study of our behaviors. I would have benefited from the book had it included more case studies and client experiences and less scientific explication.

This book is written in a way, that makes it hard to follow, but the basic message is coming across. Everything written in this book seems to make sense, but it's a different story when you are supposed to apply them to your actual life.
