    I read this book a long time ago...and just am processing another reading so many years later... the words are just little trails like those clues left through the woods so one may find their way.....in fact I'm processing the material more effectively asleep. Waking to thoughts that actions done compassionately that reach out to others are not wrong things, they are the essence of the spirit of trusting yourself in this moment to do what you feel is there to do.   • Good book--to be read with a large grain of salt
    Although I generally feel positive about this book, the unqualifiedly positive nature of the other reviews has motivated me to point out some of its short-comings. But I also hope that my criticisms will help defuse the knee-jerk rejection that many empirically-oriented readers might feel toward this book, since I do believe that the book is worthy of being read.
