  I bought this book because I was a late bloomer. The book offered good advice and did the legwork of a few Google searches, but overall, the content is not rocket science - it's common sense.

  1. Do a complete self-scan, and make improvements that make you feel good about yourself.

I am a middle-aged man, and in my experience, there really is no such thing as THE female perspective.
