  This book offers clinical critiques of actual cases using a teaching format which defines each case presented with the type of therapy theory employed by the therapist. My personal favorite is chapter 8, "Fat Lady" by Irvin D. Yalom. It is existentialism at its brutally honest best, and shows clearly the human side of the therapist's countertransference and growth through that countertransference.
