• A must read for anyone with a chronic or life threatening illness
  As a psychotherapist, I have recommended and loaned out this cassette many times. This reading will give a patient a template for moving through the most difficult battle they can face, their own physical health and life threatening diagnosis. The positiveness Dr. Chopra talks about within the reading will assist anyone to move through the experience. • Kudos to Chopra for a Courageous Thesis
  Chopra's "Ageless Body, Timeless Mind" is a truly courageous thesis. How well he manages to argue it is a different matter... After all, Chopra dared to take on the most fundamental axiom of humankind - that of mortality!

• Ageless Body, Timeless Mind
  Some very interesting information and concepts in this book, however, I did not close this book feeling more enlightened that before reading the book. If you have a strong religous background, you probably know most of the concepts in this book although you may increase your terminology on subjects such as quantum healing and ayurveda. The book is good for anyone who wants has a negative view of aging and wants to improve the quality of their life as they age.

  How should I put it?
  Take care of yourself.
  Your body might last a bit longer.
  Your mind might last a bit longer.
  Does it have to be presented as mystical ancient knowledge?
