• good for school but that's it
  alot of information is common sense, but then again i only bought this book because i was required by school
  however, if you want detail management of your life, this book is for you.

• A must have resource
  Anyone who is considering or currently attending massage therapy school cannot help but benefit from ordering this text and the accompanying CD. The CD is an excellent tool in prepping the student for examinations. Even if you had no medical science background this resource will educate you. Because my husband is visually impaired, the classroom instruction was inadequate. The CD included made the difference in his success. Not only did he pass all of his tests, he passed with exceptionally high grades.

• Great for young adult students
  The book encourages students to explore their own strengths and weaknesses, and prompts them to recognize aspects of themselves in ways they probably hadn't thought before. Most of us are quite curious about what our strengths might be, and with this book, the student's self-examination isn't a painful process. • Another Keeper Textbook
  This book is really helpful for those who have had difficulty with studying and time management. It also helps highlight some of those "everything I need to know, I really did learn in Kindergarten" moments. Often I don't keep textbooks, because I know I'll never use most of them again. This book is exactly the opposite, in that I know I will use it again, be it with relationship conflicts, time management, a reminder to detach from my identities, or anything else.
