Yummy, easy and highly recommended! 
I had the pleasure of attending a book signing/ cooking class back in the spring when The Perfect Recipe for Losing Weight and Eating Great was released. It has become my "go to" book when I need something simple to whip up quickly, that tastes great. I have not considered this book as a method to lose weight, but instead a way to cook in a healthy manner and satiate my taste buds! I have not been disappointed yet. Happy cooking!

Thanks Pam. I agree with you.. Get off the couch everybody! Go work in the garden and grow some of these great ingredients listed in the book. These are recipes that everyone, heavy or not, can benefit from. I like the fact that there were no diets involved, just a change of attitude.
