• Good high level overview of objectives.
  Has most of the critical info, but don't use this alone. You will need to supplement it with either the Sybex book, and ideally, the PMBOK.
  I have been a PM for 8 years. I used the books I mentioned, studied lightly each chapter using the CompTIA objectives and Sybex book as a primary indicator of the exam, and passed first try.

• Basic Information - Good for Quick Review
  This short book outlines the basic information you will need to know to take the Project+ exam. It is good for a quick overview before you begin studying and a quick review before you take the exam. I would not recommend using this book as your only source when studying.

• A bit outdated but still a great source for the exam
  I used this book, the PMBOK(R) and the Project+ Study Aid (from ebay) to pass the new exam. Although this is a PKO-001 book and a little outdated, I still think it is a good source to study for the exam. It is precise, to the point, and let u focus on the essence. There are no backgound theories and case study to tie you down. Use it with the other sources I mentioned before and you will be good. Kathy, give us an update!

• Quick and Easy
  Excellent book ! Read it a few times along with PMBOK and passed the exam first attempt. Book has a good number of practice questions. This book provides a quick and easy way to tackle the exam. Ofcourse, you still need to have some basic concepts in project management. This book is a good place to start.
