• Cooking under pressure
  Easy to follow for a novice with a pressure cooker (first one I've owned). Have tried a few of the recipes so far and will continue to use this book. Some of the instructions for prep are pretty basic if you have some cooking experience. Feeling pretty confident to try to convert some of my favorite recipes to the pressure cooker. Significantly speeds cooking time.

  It's an ok book I thought the shipping charges were way too high, for such a small item. I don't think any one would need this book, even for a first time user as myself. • not a replacement of an owners manual
  This is a great book that backs up your owners manual of your pressure cooker. My main concern when I bought my pressure cooker was safety. I figured they were safer than the old models that blew up but I wanted to know why. Also I know that if I understand the basics of this apparatus I could potentially avoid problems since I know it is impossible to idiot proof anything 100%.
