  I bought a number of acupuncture books to learn a little bit more about the treatments I am getting. I really wanted to know the general history of the subject and how it works and why. This was definitely the best book out of the six I looked at! There were some other good ones, but they were too involved and much more suited to someone studying the practice.   Great book,great info and I will definitely be going to an acupuncturist after reading this.I have since making this reveiw been to one twice. OMG it was incredible. No sinus pressure or headaches for EIGHT MONTHS before I had to go back. It sure beats poppin allergy pills etc. and less expensive and more healthy in the long run. Downside is it is a little expensive but less than what all med and docs and missed work add up to!! My first visit was 100 bucks and 75.00 each visit thereafter, not bad consider... more info
