  This is a simple, yet excellent book for someone who wants to improve their health with healthy eating and needs to learn a little about nutrition. The big surprise for me was that the recipes appear to be quite good. Usually when a book covering nutrition includes recipes, they are average at best. Although I have not made any of the recipes in the book yet, I have been cooking long enough to know that there are some very good ones included.
