  I like this book a lot, it is just what I wanted. I would add a zipper pouch to the back for health receipts then it would be perfect !
  

• Excellent product for medically complicated folks
  My primary physican recommended this daily record a year ago- it's been fabulous in helping me identify patterns. The food record is a bit simplistic but usable while the medication list is excellent. The list of symptoms and daily sketch of issues has been very helpful in tracking the progression of various ailments.

  I'm an RN and am about to order my 2nd journal. As some of the other reviewers stated, this is an excellent resource for keeping all essential information at hand, especially handy for Dr appts.
