  If its 'good medicine' I'm sure it will stand up to a little empirical study, right? Where's the double-blind controlled study?

  I recently finished my 3rd Master Cleanse fast. You don't do this cleanse to lose weight, because you'll gain all or most of it back once you end the fast.   You might just want to spend a lot less money and get The Master Cleanser book. After 2 days on the cleanse, I woke up able to breathe through both nostrils for the first time in memory and became an avid proponent of his concepts. My lymph system is much better too.
