  An inspiring book on the authoress' view on Reiki. She describes some meditative practices that are interesting and rewarding, among them a meditation where you get to meet Usui, Hayashi and Takata. The book also contains influences from Shamanism with the exorcism of entities and energies. Where Diane Stein fails completely (IMHO) with her fear of psychic attacks in her book on "Essential Reiki", Karyn Mitchell takes an entirely different approach and, instead of continuing to build up fear, shows us how... more info
