Experts don't always make good authors
"You and your decision-making colleagues" will undoubtedly be able to hire a new "site professional/managing agent" by using the common sense laid out in this book. But "you and your decision-making colleagues" don't need a book for common sense. Nobody does. Save yourself (and your decision-making colleagues) the extraodinary effort required to extract (think dentistry here) anything new from this book.
