• A must have for your relaxation CD collection
  I am a Clinical Psychologist, and have listened to many CDs. I am one of those who has never been able to stay awake to hear the end (or even the middle) of this very relaxing CD. I have recommended it to many of my patients, especially those who are stressed, anxious, and have difficulty sleeping. It has been helpful to and enjoyed by most everyone I have suggested trying it. As mentioned by others, her voice is very soothing and the cadence of the music just enhances the experience.

  I first heard this CD in a Meditation class. It put me right out. Susie Martell's voice, in my opinion, is fantastic for this kind of relaxation.

  Are you looking for a good night's sleep? With her soothing voice, Susie Mantell sends me to sleep by calming the noises in my head. Her words and serene manner of speaking create the most peaceful environment for me to close my eyes and drift off. People have noticed that I seem less stressed during the day and it is definitely because of this CD. I highly recommend it!
