barely adequate 
The art of mentoring is by far the most mediocre and mawkishly sentimental book I was ever forced to read. The author condescends to people who are not in the business world, which I find confusing because this book was supposedly written for anyone wanting to "Lead, Follow and Get out of The Way" Rachel the main character sent to TYH to evaluate the employees seems self indulgent, which reflects the authors arrogance.
