  Although I would not recommend this as a guide to work with on your own, that is because I do not consider this (nor do the creators) a process in which you gain maximum benefit without a facilitator. That having been said, for counselors, therapists, etc. this book presents case studies, in individual session format, with clear explanations of why a particular "self" was addressed.
