• A great overview of the cause of low back pain
  Although this book seems a little expensive for its size, it provides the best and easiest to understand explanation (with accompanying diagrams) of why back pain happens that I have ever read. This makes it an excellent resource for anyone who has suffered from back pain, including young athletes. Fitness instructors and personal trainers would do good to study this material, since there are so many people out there who struggle with chronic back pain and are looking for solutions. • Very informative
  This book does a very good job explaining why it is so important to build up your core muscles. It has many exercises to help you do this.

• Ready, Set, Be Fit
  Great program, format, instructions and photos. Easy to follow and progress from one level to another. Well organized. These excercises will produce results whether you are a beginner or advanced. Great for recovery therapy.

• Spinal stabilization
  Rick Jemmet gives a very thorough description of both the build-up of the spine and how to "cure" the pain. The best back-pain book I've ever read and it has helped me a lot.
