  The authors of these CDs provide clear, concise, and easy to follow instructions and demonstrations with people in real life. The CDs are excellent for lay people and professionals who are interested in learning and using the techniques. As a health care professional, I have contact with many "glossy-type" presentations who tout the practitioner and not the subject. Not so with these two.
