Clean, accessible, exactly what you need 
An ideal logbook to use alongside the Starting Strength program. Do the lifts, write them in the book - track progress, get stronger, live happily ever after. Enough said!

Shoddy product 
I really liked Rippetoe's instructional writing, and I am always looking for a good workout log, so I thought I would give this a try. It proved to be a waste of money. This log is actually inferior to the basic composition book Rippetoe & Kilgore recommend in Practical Programming (p. 181), and does not follow the format that they recommend as "the best way to log workouts" (p. 180). It's odd that authors who pride themselves on being honest and telling the simple truth would bring out such a shoddy... more info
