Great Recipes 
The recipes in this book so far have been very tasty. Even my teenage son has liked them, with the exception of the desserts. I already have the Eat to Live book. We had been following the program for some meals, but not others. Even after straying off the old program, I would find myself returning to it. The problem was always finding good recipes. These books solve that! The recipes are great. I have not cooked meat at home for a couple years now, except on special occassions when my son requests... more info

One Diet Choice But Not The Only 
Fuhrman's diet no doubt works, but so do many others, including various low carb diets. These diets work because they eliminate junk (sugar, white flour, junk oils) from the diet, not because they are full of fruits and vegetables. The Swiss and Swedes eat a great deal of high fat dairy foods and relatively few vegetables and fruits, and yet live very long and in good health.

Fuhrman Leads On with a New

I bought these books because I read Dr. Fuhrman's book, "Eat to Live" a few years ago and was very impressed. This set of books is even better. Dr. Fuhrman who has helped thousands of people get their health back or keep it, explains in easy to understand language why we need to eat lots of fruits, vegetables, legumes, nuts and seeds.
