  After battling cancer 3 times over a period of 22 years, and enduring a very difficult relationship recently, the most poignant reading and message comes from Rima Rudner. Straight forward, to the point and really showing how to overcome the negativity in these areas amongst life itself. • Great book to read
  I recently read the book "Choose to be Happy" by Rima Rudner and I have to say that this was a great book. I recently got out of a 3 1/2 year relationship and really wanted to start enjoying life and truly being happy. This book gave me a great perspective on life and gave me a great foundation on how to achieve my long-term goals and truly be happy with who I am. I would recommend this book to anyone in any point of their life that is looking to achieve the ultimate goal - to live a fulfilling and happy... more info

• A bit random
  This book is ok but it seems like a collection of random experiences from the author. Didnt grasp it like an organized method.
  Also it didnt really show me much things i didnt know.
  It just reminds you of things you might have forgotten because you are stranded in your room.
  So just get out, meet with friends, do whatever you like and live your life.

• Choose to be Happy
  Choose To Be Happy: A Guide to Total Happiness I heartily recommend Rima's book. Her writing style and humour make this easy reading. Her wisdom,experience and insights make this very worthwhile reading. Rima has lived through a lot and come through it all wiser and happier. A lesson we call can benefit from.
