  This appears to be a very good resource for the exam. I have not sat for the exam yet, so take this for what it is worth. But, I do have the ITIL V3 library, and it is completely daunting. The library comes as (5) large volumes, and I couldn't make sense of where to even start with all of that information.

• Review of ITIL V3 Study Guide and Online Course
  I purchased the ITIL V3 Foundations Study Guide and Online Course for the purpose of obtaining an ITIL Foundations certification. I did not have any previous ITIL training. It took approx 1 week to complete the study. I took the formal exam a few days later(which is a separate cost from the course) and passed with no problem. I found the material to be thorough yet concise. It does a good job with consolidating 5 large volumes of ITIL information into a 160 page study guide. The online portion of the course... more info

  I have found this book and the online traing execelnt and would use it again.

• You can pass the exam.
  I passed the exam though I had studied with only this textbook.
  So I think this textbook is fine.
