  I have read several books of this 'kind' and this book is very well done and a good complement to Lousie L Hay's YOU CAN HEAL YOUR LIFE (1999 edition -updated from her earlier copy). When one realizes that "outside" medicines don't seem to be taking care of the dis-ease this is one of the better books to read for some very helpful insight on how to heal" and get connected with one's whole self and do some real deep healing vs. masking symptons.
