Instead I found an engaging romp into the world of divine guidance and the many forms it can be received ! the CD is in essentially 2 parts. CDs 1 and 3 are devoted to Colette Baron-Reid's engaging teaching style. I learned so much ! THe best part about this audio program is the meditation exercises.
