  As the title of the book implies it is a guide. It doesn't imply it is the be all and end all in aromatherapy information. It gives a great overall understanding and a wonderfully basic place to begin one's start into Aromatherapy. I found the book to be of invaluable information. In fact, this book is one of my text books for a college level aromatherapy course I am taking. • A Must Have!
  A wonderful little book that I couldn't put down till the last page. Most of the essential oils used are common and relatively inexpensive. Tips for oil and massage use for all age ranges, first aid tips, meditations. All all-purpose, must-have for those just getting started and for the serious minded in using essential oils and massage for health and wellbeing.
