• Poorly written and provides bad advice
  I was forced to buy this book for my MBA studies, and worse than paying the ridiculous price asked for it, I had to endure reading it too. This book is very poorly written, sentences are strangely structured, with multiple repetitions and redundancies making for a very annoying reading. Besides that, the authors seem to hold 'managers' in very low esteem as far as their trustworthiness and their intellectual abilities which is further irritating. To top it all off, they also provide some strange management... more info
