  • The Dumbing Down of Women
What a pile of drivel. I kept waiting for something to happen - a bright turn of phrase, a surprise in the "plot", maybe a mysterious death! But no. I was stuck on a boat and this was my only book -otherwise it would have ended up in the dumpster. Ladies, please, steamy romance novels can be fun - but this was INSIPID! Having had a string of bad relationships, she's about given up on love completely when she meets Andrei Siwek.
Thanks to some fancy manipulating from her lifelong friend and personal assistant, Caroline Harrison, Cate won't be going alone on her trip. Andrei, who is fourteen years her junior, will be attending as... more info
