• Precious Memeories songbook
  This songbook is a welcome addition in the library of any gospel or county performer. I have been transposing complex religious tunes for a while and playing those tunes with a gospel group at church and find the simplification of Jackson's hymnal choices in this songbook superb and mush easier to play. Chords are very much a necessity in country arrangements but hard to find in hymnals, just as complex timing and key signatures found in church hymnals are hard to deal with, but not with this songbook.... more info

  Alan Jackson has outdone himself on this CD. Absolutely my favorite CD I have ever owned.

• Alan Jackson- Precious Memories Songbook
  I was initially excited to find this songbook, but , after the fact,
  I am really disappointed in the book. I was expecting the music to
  be the arrangements that were on his music CD Precious Memories. In fact,
  the arrangments in the songbook are only reprints of the arrangements
  that appear in any church hymnal. Hymnal music is FREE! I have returned
  the songbook to Amazon for a hoped-for refund!
