  I couldn't have put it better than the last reviewer. This is by far, my favorite book that I've read on the subject of Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy. Kern has an amazing ability to put things into laymans terms, and because of that, this book is an incredible joy to read. Franklyn Sills, while a brilliant mind, doesn't really know how to break it down into terms a common person can understand. Upledger, who is clinically and medically gifted, also tends to overcomplicate the subject of cranialsacral work... more info

  I love this book. It is my all time favorite cranial text book. It is a strait forward introduction to Cranio-sacral work. It reads well, the concepts are in a logical way laid out and discussed.
