I wish I had the benefit of this book when I graduated from college nearly 30 years ago. I felt the same struggle between what the business world expects and my authentic self. I chose the latter trying to save the world and the financial rewards that my peers received by playing the game essentially passed me by. Great practical advice about how to navigate the often heavily steeped in politics world of corporate America. This author is insightful, but has a sense of humor as well. Readers will benefit from reading this book because she offers key pieces of advice that can be applied immediately.
