  • Especially great for the solo traveller
I prefer to travel alone which affords a lot of time for reflection. This book really supported (and supports) me to focus more on this special time while travelling as well as before and, especially, after the trip. I'm sure it would be helpful to people travelling together too--though reaching agreement on what to do when (spiritual or otherwise) can be always be a challenge.
