  This is a cute gift for someone who is just getting started in the use of essentail oils and aromatherapy. The box is cute with a couple of candels and a little book, but kinda useless if you are buying it for yourself. Yet, not a total waste at only $20...

• Great Book for Preggies
  I'm really enjoying this book -- it's practical, educational, and easy to understand. It's so slim you can read it in one sitting, but it's full of useful information. The beginning is dedicated to explaining a bit about aromatherapy during pregnancy. Most importantly, it lists the oils not to use during this time, as a number of oils may be harmful to the baby. The book then lists the different ways to use oils (steam, bath, etc. -- you can skip over this if, like me, you've been practicing for some time).... more info
