Dissapointing, low budget
The cover is the beat part. Illustrations are low quality. YogiJamie

Inspiring
This has offered a great number of new ideas for my own practice and classes. It has inspired me to create some of my own partner poses.

A Guide for Advanced Yogis
This book is beautifully written, with great photography, but leans more toward those who are young, strong, and agile. Many of the poses offered look more acrobatic than yogic, but if you can begin working on them while you are young, they might someday be accessible. There is usable information an older or less experienced person would be able to glean from the text, but much of it is simply out of reach for those who are less supple or farther along in years.
