  As a big fan of Diane Stein's books, I looked forward to this one with special interest. Having worked with the material for some time now, I cannot say with certainty whether the claims it makes are valid. Perhaps I'm doing something wrong, perhaps I've missed something. I have garnered some insights and experienced a few serendipitous events, but on the whole I haven't had the profound transformation the material promises. Maybe there's no "one size fits all" route to self-healing. It would be helpful if... more info

  The processes in this book changed my life as nothing else ever has. Essential Energy Balancing has been the key to contacting my true self, the culmination (yet the beginning) of a lifetime's journey!
  It is hard to describe the changes because they are subtle, dramatic, specific and pervasive all at once. For example, depression no longer comes out of nowhere.   In short, if you are already on the ascension path, this is a must read, must do. The processes involved with the clearing of karma at many levels are extremely effective. For example, I used the Lords of Karma process to release my relationship karma...and soon thereafter I received my release.. . through a new and healthy relationship that I am still enjoying.
