• Very informative book
  Yes, there are those out there trying to get their piece of the nutrition pie and sell you some useless subpar products, but this book is not about that. It is informative on the benefits of coconut oil. By using this information, I have had good results with my "imagined ailments" (which have been caused by my lack of understanding of nutrition in the past). People have been so miss guided by western societies way of thinking. Look at our health crisis!!!! There are countless over weight and unhealthy... more info

  I really enjoyed this book. It was a fascinating account of the wonderful properties of [virgin, unrefined] coconut oil. The information is very helpful and my husband and I try to get coconut oil in some form, regularly. While we haven't yet gotten some in every day, we have, however, tossed our canola oil, and the book has largely increased my awareness and caution over processed oils. It has stimulated my jump into rethinking how we eat and making serious efforts to eat a less Western diet.

• Great book
  The book arrived quickly and is filled with great information on the benefits of coconut oil. I've been using coconut oil since the book arrived. Can't say it's noticeably affected how I feel, but after the next time I visit the doctor I'm hoping my cholesterol has gone down.
