  I've long been a fan of Donna Eden's work and this kit makes it easy to maintain some basic energy systems on your own! I always feel great after I go through the exercises.

  The Energy Medicine Kit is good on its own, but even better with Donna Eden's book, Energy Medicine. The kit's DVD allows you to see the movements -- and use in practice -- during an actual audience session. I have attended a presention by Donna Eden and I have to say that the DVD is very true to her session in person. For those who are interested in exploring energy this is a great asset.
