  • Very easy to follow
This book is better than I had hoped for. It has lots of pictures, and good instructions. Great for beginning Tai Chi.

  • RECOMMENDED for beginners to advanced.
The daunting challenge of translating eastern art into western English is well-met by this volume. Perfect for students and for teachers, straight from the sources. Particularly good with the companion video. Supports classic principles.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for beginners to advanced. Teachers will enjoy this as a text for lessons.
If you can get your hands on it, get it and study it!
