• 60's and the search for Self
  For me, this book has the best perspective on the 60's of any book I have read. It does not glorify the 60's as the best time ever for this planet, or attempt to portray the 60's as a grand failed experiment.
  After I finished reading the book, I was reminded of the Crosby, Stills and Nash song called Teach:
  "You who are on the road, must have a code that you can live by
  And so become yourself, because the past is just a good bye."
