• The Best @ Home Workout!
  I bought this tape origionally 9 years ago, when I was 20. After completing the Basics and Intermediate levels I quickly moved on to Advanced, and boy did he properly name it! I've never sweated so hard from home, the workout is intense and you will see results quickly with a change in your diet. I loss the tape in a move and had to buy the newer Tae Bo workout DVDs however none of them (at least the ones I purchased) even came close to the older Advanced tape! I mean he must have had people complaining... more info

• Fantastic Workout
  If you want to sweat and feel strong, this is the workout for you! I wish they would redo this same video on DVD, but I will continue to dust off my VCR for this one!

• Good Concept, Too fast
  To be honest, I can't see how a lot of people have given this workout 5 stars. I love the concept but this advanced tape is poorly done. First, the stretching at the beginning is ridiculous - way to fast for a warm up/stretch (practically gave me whip lash when I did the neck stretches). This was the biggest disappointment. Second, the double time movements are impossibe to do correctly (due to the speed) and dangerous.
