• Bad purchase it did not work
  This item did not work I will never buy a refurbished item from Amazon. The screen freezes among other things. It should have been tested before shipped out.

  I was able to get my old unit in good working order. I now have two Vx Handhelds that are working very well. I am very satisfied.
  

• Still working!!
  I have had my Palm Vx since late 2001. I am still using it today, February 2008. I would love to now upgrade to a color Palm. However, I am very fearful that I will not find another PDA which offers the durability and longevity I've received from my current Palm. I will continue to use my Palm Vx until it dies - permanently. There were times when I thought it had died, but discovered there was a button that was depressed and I didn't know it. • Shock for lack of disclosure
  I don't appreciate at all the fact that it was NOT disclosed before the purchase that the product was made in China. I thought it was made here.
  I will not order ANYMORE from Amazon because of this.
