• Wonderful!
  I do a lot of baking and must say these sheets are wonderful. They are light and easy to handle. They also cool off quickly. I would highly recommend these for any baker.

• GARBAGE!
  Just received 4 of these sheets as replacements for ECKO because I no longer use non stick products. First thing I noticed is that the edges are really sharp! Why would anyone make cookie sheets with sharp edges? Next I tried to take off the 8x10 Chicago Metallic LLC sticker and the adhesive used to secure the paper is so aggressive that I could not get the clumps of adhesive off the pan. All 4 of them were like this. Again, who would do this and most importantly - is this a food grade adhesive? I decided... more info

• amazing baking
  WOW, this pan lived up to its billing, plus, and continues to do so. It makes me look like I am professionl ! great results, eve browning, every time. Highly reccomend you give it a try if you are 'on the fence' about this pan.

• Large Baking Surface Yet Fits In Small Apt Oven
  I bought a couple of these cookie sheets a few years back. They are so well made. I appreciate the design as I can put a lot of cookies on it or a braided bread, pizza, etc. I have used these over & over and they have been through a lot of 'torture' without showing it! I have sprayed cold water on a hot cookie sheet and no problem. They have been accidentally dropped several times and no problem. They will last at least 25 years.
