  I wanted to collect some of my clippings from the reel mower to use as mulch. I had allowed the grass to sit on the lawn. I had been cutting it twice to eliminate missed spots and break down some bigger clippings. This bag doesn't catch everything. You also need to pull back the load and reposition the clippings from the predominate left side every so often. I didn't expect much from this attachment, but it serves my purpose to gather a fair amount of clippings.

  I experienced the same fit issues I see in many of these reviews. Luckily mine came with an instruction sheet and after trying without satisfaction to attach the catcher to the mower I noticed it says it is for 14" and 16" mowers. I talked to Amazon & hopefully they will change their text to reveal this. Since I have not used the item they have agreed to issue a full refund.

  This item is not perfect, but its perfect for me.

• Simple design, but still not very useful
  The design is laughable simple and that what got me interested, but some how the functioning did not suite the design, for one, it was difficult to keep the catcher on mower on irregular surfaces. I do not think its the catchers fault but the grass seems to accumulate at the front, and you have to wither push it back or bag it too often.
  As per my experience, if they device a way to easily lock and unlock the hooks that attach the catcher with mover it will be a major improvement for the product. Some... more info
