  I have the peeler only, I've had it for several yrs. It does peel off a bit more than some other peelers but, it's the best peeler I have ever used ! I like the larger handle, very comfortable !

• dont waste your money
  I have had this for 2years now and what a waste of money it has been. I have used this a few of times before I decided to toss them. This set was a disaster. The parer is dull period and the peeler peels off much more than just the skin, you lose almost 20%(no exaggeration) of the fruit or the vegetable.

• arrived dull.
  The peeler in this set is good for larger vegetables like potatos. My husband uses it, since the handles are large and fit his hands better. The parer arrived without the blade having been sharpened. The blade does require repeated sharpening. The parer was larger and more difficult to use than I had expected. Again, it seems to work best for someone with larger hands.
