  This product works great! The Peter Pasta video (cooking.com and uTube) was great to show how to use it. It is simple! I read the reviews of the various past options from KitchenAid and this one got the best reviews - and they are right! We made ravioli and fettucini so far with great success. We just used a simple VillaWare 10 square ravioli maker along with this product and were delighted. The only negative thing is that I opened the pasta maker, put it in my sink to wash it before I saw the label to not... more info

• Lovin' it!
  I received the pasta rollers as a birthday gift in June and I'm still lovin' it! I've used it numerous times in the short time I've had it. I absolutely love the lasgna noodles that this creates. I also have the mixer attachment pack (that comes with the pasta plates) and I have to say that this is 100% better than the other one! Even my son and husband enjoy playing with the pasta rollers. The pasta rollers have been a fun, new adventure in my kitchen!

• It's so easy, and delicious too!
  Little by little, I am learning to make our food from scratch. It's challenging, fun and the results are usually terrific.
  This is the second Kitchen Aid attachment I've purchased (the first was the ice cream maker which is great also) and we're very happy with it.
  I have made pasta from scratch without a pasta maker. Mixed the dough, kneaded the dough, rolled out the dough and cut the dough. That was a big job! The noodles tasted good but it was very hard work - I don't know how our grannies did... more info
