• Buy two if you make a lot of pasta
  This is the second Norpro drying rack that I have purchased. When I would make a batch of pasta, I would always roll the dough out first and stretch it across two dowels while I rolled out the rest. That way if it wasn't quite dry enough, it wouldn't stick together and it would dry just a bit more before cutting. Then I would change to the cutter and cut all of the rolled pasta. • Finally, easy homemade pasta!
  I love to make homemade pasta by the pounds but have never figured out a good way to dry it for storage. This pasta rack can hold more than two pounds of linguini or fettuccini, it doesn't take up much room on the counter workspace and is easy to assemble, take apart and store. I'm glad I bought it and the price can't be beat.

  This pasta drying rack is simple and very functional. I find its holding capacity equals the yield of an average batch of pasta, enough for about 4-6 servings. I think if I were entertaining and doubling my recipe I could probably squeeze it all on without much trouble. To store the rack, remove the dowels and lay them all together. • Great Drying Rack
  I receieved this as a gift back in June. I've used it many times since then and love it! It is so much better than my old drying rack. This one disassembles and stores easily. Also, it doesn't take much counter space which is always a plus!
