  • What a fun read
I loved reading this book! The author points out,in a light manner, those little things that erode life through stress or anxiety. • "Bite-Sized" Words of Wisdom
"Don't Sweat the Small Stuff -- and it's all small stuff" offers a host of "bite-sized" words of wisdom. Richard Carlson offers a set of easy to digest...and easy to understand...principles.
Carlson's principles encompass concepts such as keeping things in perspective across life and making small positive changes to effect a large eventual change. Thoughtful and straightforward, this book offers food for thought that should appeal to a broad range of readers.

The ideas are very simple. There is something anyone can take away from. I... more info
