Really nice product
I got this baking mat for my birthday from my wish list and I love it! I have been using it almost daily and it works very well. I used to have rolls burnt on the bottom and raw on top, but since I started using this mat they were evenly brown. I throw it in the dishwasher every now and then to clean it, but it doesn't get very dirty and nothing sticks to it. A wonderful nifty thing no one should be missing in his/her kitchen!

Great for baking cookies
This is perfect for baking cookies. They don't stick and the Matfer keeps the bottom of the cookies the same color and doneness as the top of the cookies. It is hard to go wrong with these.

Wish it was Dishwasher Safe
Works great blah blah blah (refer to the other 200 some reviews); wish it dishwasher safe though. Although it may be because it can go through high temps in the oven, I didn't try it because the package says hand wash with soap. Believe me I was tempted to throw it into the dishwash a few times--but decided not to. It keeps baked goodies from sticking and does what it's supposed to do.

The Silpat has some round, cookie sized stains on it, but I don't really recall how that happened. Perhaps if I had used the Exopat for that particular batch, it would have the stains. Both mats have performed flawlessly for hundreds of uses. Some... more info
